Haven't tried this out yet but since there is a crippling bowstring out these days, might as well take advantage of it.

Seems good against all classes, even monks, cause it forces them to Purge or CoP, either way you still come out on top cause you can put the conditions down faster than they take them off. Mends won't work cause you're stacking 4 conditions.

On warriors and Assassins: 8 degen + 1/2 movement speed 1/2 attack power = no threat.

D-Shots works like magic on Rangers since you're effectively taking away 18 energy for 6 energy cost, cause of expertise.

On other caster classes it's no contest. The degen and the cripple alone enough to make them warrior meat. Again, monks will be useless to help the afflicted cause cripple is buried under 3 other conditions. And if that isn't enough, a flatbow with RtW and Savage usually means bye bye to non-monk casters anyway.
